Adds a cute, quaint, cozy coffee house run by a dunmer couple to the Gray Quarter in Windhelm, right next to Sadri's Used Wares.

I've been primarily an animator here on Nexus, but I've picked up a lot of other skills along the way, mostly from curating others' mods to my tastes for my own game. The aspect of rpgs that I love the most is the shopping, town exploration, and meeting new NPCs, so I've expanded that part a ton in my game. It occurred to me that the only type of shop I don't have in my own game that I really ought to is a coffee house. That's something that Skyrim really needs, am I right? I searched, and there was only a couple of options, and I wasn't thrilled with them. One had a hard requirement I didn't want, and the other just wasn't quite what I had in mind. This was my chance to combine all the various skills I've gleaned along the way into one project and make a new shop from scratch, so that's what I did. Pretty happy with how it turned out.
Requirements:
none. Well, just the official Dragonborn & Hearthfire DLCs (for some of the shop decor). So, yeah, basically none.
Standalone, 100% compatible with everything. No vanilla records modified. The only possible conflict is if something else modifies the tiny corner next to Sadri's Used Wares. Very unlikely.
Features:- Lots of delicious hot drinks and some yummy baked goods, all with logical, lore friendly buffs.
- 4 new NPCs: the proprietors--Kalyxia and her husband, Belgarath--and two patrons. All have custom KS hair.
- Lots of detail, custom decor. The owners have decorated the shop with some plants and items from their dunmer homeland.
- The tea sets found around the place are in fact activatable crafting stations which can be used to add cream and sugar to the black coffee.
- Lore friendly.

The only area where my mods falls a little short is in NPC AI. AI packages are my area of least expertise. It would have been cool if all the NPCs had lives and schedules, left the shop at night, slept somewhere (perhaps the inn), etc. Unfortunately, that was a little above my paygrade. I settled for just having everything be functional. The shop functions, the proprietors work, they'll take turns leaning on the counter like other merchants, they'll sweep up and write in their business ledger. (They're supposed to use the oven in theory, but I've never seen them do it.) They look moderately busy, so I'm pretty happy with them.
The patrons are a little derpy. They'll probably be sitting and drinking or eating when you come in, but after awhile they'll stand up and kinda derp out. They might stand on top of the chair (classic Beth), or kinda get stuck and just stand there and stare at you with crossed arms. The place is navmeshed, and eventually they seem to find their way to another chair and sit back down. I tried different package settings, but I couldn't get them to behave any more realistically. I spent as much time as I could spare on it, but at a certain point I had to just call it good enough.
Sorry that the NPCs aren't more dynamic. But, yknow, it all works and it's not like anything is game breaking. And of course, the shop is open 24/7 because I didn't want to deal with scheduling and locking up, so you can either just not go in at night and pretend that it's closed, or roleplay that it's hippest, swingin-est coffee house in Tamriel. And the patrons never leave, so just pretend they're Barney Gumble. :/
One other tiny thing--the tea set crafting stations cause the PC to stand up when used. I had hoped to be able to use it while seated, but I couldn't see any way to do that. Oh well, no biggie.
Hope you enjoy! :D
