Description
I think most of Plague Doctor's skills are fine, but a few are weirdly undertuned, especially compared to similar skills from other heroes.

Plague Doctor gains the following changes:
  • Ounce of Prevention: DOT resist increased to 30% / 40%, disease resist increased to 30% / 50%.
  • (Blocking 1 in 6 DOT applications is just not worth one of PD's turns. This should be more worthwhile. Ideally, I would like for this to provide some kind of "Block the next X DOTs" token, as suggested in the Darkest Dungeon Discord a while back, but I don't know how to code that.)
  • Emboldening Vapours: Base gives 1 Crit token, upgraded gives 1 Crit + 1 Strength token but retains 1 cooldown.
  • (1 Strength token, even without cooldown, is garbage compared to Consecration of Light or even Battle Ballad. Guaranteed Crit tokens are almost nonexistent, so this allows the skill to serve a unique niche instead of being a worse Command. Hopefully it's not too OP; maybe the cooldown should be increased?)
  • Disorienting Blast: No longer shuffles or applies Daze, now has 1 cooldown. Applies Combo and destroys all positive tokens on the target. Upgrade adds adds a -20% DOT/debuff resist debuff.
  • (Disorienting Blast is so incredibly useless, especially for such a late unlock. Shuffling is a crapshoot and PD has good rank coverage anyway, and the tokens it applies are a joke. Was 1 Weak token really so overpowered it had to be limited to 25% of the time? This rework gives it a different but much more useful role, especially since token clears are a fairly rare niche among hero skills. The debuff gives it synergy with other skills even if the target doesn't have tokens. Hopefully this isn't overtuned; the Combo might be a bit too much, especially when compared to e.g. Highway Robbery.)
  • Physician: No longer gains a Disorienting Blast stun piercing buff (since it no longer stuns). Emboldening Vapours buff changed to a Speed token instead of a Strength token so as not to render Emboldening Vapours mastery irrelevant.
  • (I would actually prefer to give Physician something better, such as making Disorienting Blast invert positive tokens, but I don't know how to code that. If PD's paths ever get a Vestal-style rework, it may be feasible.)
