TOC — Tactical Operations Command is the main point of contact for SWAT teams. TOC can report new information to the element and vice-versa. Its primary function is to report killed, injured or arrested hostages and suspects. Downed officers are also reported to TOC.
Installation:
1. Backup your folder named "TOC" in ReadyOrNot\Content\VO in case you'll need it later
2. Delete the original folder named "TOC" from ReadyOrNot\Content\VO
Removal:
Put your old backed up folder named "TOC" back in ReadyOrNot\Content\VO with replaceent of all the files.
If you didn't backup the original folder then Verify Integrity of Game Cache from Steam Library.
