Wanted to give the freighters a small boost. A fully built starship can dwarf what a freighter can jump. So I wanted to try this and add another reason to keep your flagship useful while you are on it. Modifies MBIN files: NMS_REALITY_GCPROCEDURALTECHNOLOGYTABLE, and NMS_REALITY_GCTECHNOLOGYTABLE.
