About

Hello,

As a lifelong PC gamer so far, mostly inspired by Doom(1993) & Stunt Island(1992), I enjoy every modable game I play and will die for defending such freedom. I joined this site in Morrowind era, but most of the time I'm just a casual background user who only downloads mods or tries to share some opinions or pics occasionally.

I am not at all a modder, I do mod my games heavily (mostly using others' assets) but I don't see myself as one, it would be a huge insult to be lined with the real Mod Authors(MAs) who not only share selflessly for FREE but also have enough patience to learn/study, communicate, organize/coordinate, manage/document, debug/test/troubleshoot, and perfect their creation, for years, from the ground up. Respect such kindness if you ever use mods on your games.

I do always love to share my part of work but you know, personally I'd rather spend most my time actually playing or improving my game, than communication(but quality matters), as a game player/audience at heart. Besides I don't feel like re-organizing my files(in a mess), managing mod pages, tracing credibility, and dealing with user issues. Thus I didn't release mods at all due to my standard of morality or perfectionism (or my laziness). If someone really wants to take the responsibility doing the job to earn the management/PR prize, go ahead, I'm all for it. Feel free to ask questions, just don't expect me to help with all the technical or credibility problems. Anyway, I don't want to be called a mod thief since nothing's really original. Bottom line, I don't feel like sharing anything questionable even in private(mail/PMs/IMs...etc.) with just certain people, I prefer to share to all if I must. If you are not helping to make things public legitly, you practically won't get them.

However, for the time being this hermit philosophy may have been changed, in order to adapt to future modpack ecosystem here... (tbc)

After all, cherish the FREE (and honest) modding.

[ Currently Playing ]

Fallout: New Vegas -- (focusing on "The Frontier") Why quit when finding no better alternative to devote to?

Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord -- Early Access, still. Massive upgrades of most(?) good things, you just wait (for updates and mods).

Will finish my v1.4.0 (mods are not compatible to newer versions) journey when the time is right...the time they complete RPG elements in the game...

Shadowrun: Hong Kong (UGC) -- Playing the very last campaign I can get. Soon I will need another 2D RPG...

[Please, at least try the "CalFree" trilogy atleast the last two once, for RPG gaming and mod god's sake!!!]

Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night -- At midst of adventure. Enjoyable actions. Too old to grind so I cheat a bit.

PGA Tour 2k21 -- Very relaxing and rewarding, especially under lockdown. Making replay videos was fun.

Fell Seal: Arbiter's Mark -- Addicting class/progress system for SLG/TBS especially if you mod them.

Actually I restarted a new RP journey with my old characters from other game to fit in this world's stage.

[ Bread and Butter ]

Guild Wars 2 -- My main online (also PvP) gaming. To relax. To kill the time or people mindlessly.

Cities: Skylines -- The city builder of choice, versatile and tons of mods. Too lazy to get into Minecraft.

Total War: Rome 2 -- Sometimes when feeling like some ancient Mediterranean strategies.

Running With Rifles -- Great tactical realism, balanced gameplay. When I need something tiny or 'relaxation'.

[ Nearly Closed ]

Mount & Blade: Warband -- Still having business undone in the famous "Prophesy of Pendor".

Avernum EftP -- A remake. Similar to Avadon but more free and advanced. Was working on character overhaul and its progress surpasses Avadon's so I think I'll focus on this first.

[ Unfinished Business ]

Total War: Three Kingdoms -- Had been waiting for better modability to reconstruct my ideal campaigns.

Now the official development(DLCs) has come to an end I'm expecting final stable build available for modding, providing I have the time to play/mod of cuz.

The Room Four -- Waiting for a friend to play together.

Okami -- Slowly and steadily enjoying this masterpiece. @loosing ends.

Divine Divinity -- A classic. Not my type of itemization though, spending too much time on your gears like post -AoS Ultima Online. Halfway I guess.

Avadon 1 -- Still stuck in the first of 3, too little time for this 'simple' game comparing to others...

Transistor -- Quite engaging in many aspects for an indie but a lil flat for me. Not sure where my progress is...

The Last Remnant (older ver.) -- Unique JRPG TBS combat mechanics. Too much slow grinding to finish it tho...

Starpoint Gemini 2 -- Everyone needs at least one ACTIVE game about the stars.

[ Wishlist ]

Gamedec -- The newest most-wanted potential isometric cyberpunk of choice after the for-mentioned CalFree trilogy(UGC) above in my mind. I freaking love the slogan: "You are the sum of your choices." While totally ditched D&D/tabletop/pnp/number-oriented style of RPG advancement structure.

Doom Eternal -- Being a retired doomer (last was 2016), how can I miss? Need better rigs or platform to play with, so not in a hurry but will eventually get there...

Cyberpunk 2077 -- Like The Outer Worlds or The Frontier(FNV), no matter how critique goes I still feel it may suit me well. Not sure how I would play it though, single playthrough maybe if not enough modding. Low priority though especially before my old computer's retirement and also the game needs for updates.

Wildermyth -- Also heavily narrative, automatic narrative I think. Well if I have extra time to spare I'll try.
