I added the shutters to my Rebuild Starlight Drive-In as an optional file, but figured I would release a standalone version as well.
There are a couple other mods that do this, but one uses the Red Rocket garage door so it doesn't look like the vanilla diner shutters and the other just enables and disables them (they don't actually roll up). Not knocking them in the least. They are both creative and work well. I just wanted vanilla looking shutters that also rolled up.
The original static shutters are part of precombines so I left them in place, so those will still be visible.
