Reworked the config menu following advices from jazzisparis.

Simplified the logo selection. The files have been moved to "Textures/MAPMO/Logos", if you use a custom logo see the CUSTOM LOGO section in the description.

Added RGB sliders for Power Armors. When wearing a power armor both the HUD and Pip-Boy colors will change to that one. This can be turned off. Good to use with the No Pip-Boy in Power Armor mod.
Reorganized the config menu to be less confusing.
Improved the HUD Quest Log. Animations will play when an objective is completed or a quest is completed/failed.
HUD Quest Log can be toggled on/off while in GameMode (no menu open). Press J or whatever key you have set for the Quest Log.
This update should be the last for a while, I could even say that this mod is now complete because anything else I might want to add is pure feature creep so I'd rather spend my time on other things from now on.

Allow tracking of up to five quests simultaneously. While in the Pip-Boy's quest tab press the J key by default (Y button for controllers). a menu will appear where you can select which quests you want to track.
Added support for the mod "No PipBoy in Power Armor (Pip-boy Remover)". This mod's interface will support custom colors set by Main And Pause Menus Overhaul's Pip-Boy color sliders.
Small QoL Improvement the configuration menu's sliders. Upon opening it will show the current setting's value instead of showing a full gauge (e.g. when opening a color slider, if the current value is 127 the slider will show 127 instead of the max value 255).
Added the option to turn off the font change to the Main and Pause menus buttons. See the Font Changes section in the configuration menu.

GAME MODE means when you're playing with no menu open. The GRAB button should be the right thumb stick by default.
FEATURES LIST: GENERAL: HUD COLOR: RGB sliders to set the HUD color. If TTW is installed the mod will switch HUD color based on the current wasteland. Both colors are configurable and the default one is the Capital Wasteland color. This supersedes the game's (and Stewie's Tweaks) HUD color settings!
PIP-BOY COLOR: RGB sliders for the Pip-Boy 3000 AND the Pimp-Boy. Any modded Pip-Boy will use the Pip-Boy 3000's color. This supersedes the game's Pip-Boy color settings!
POWER ARMOR COLOR: RGB sliders for power armors. When wearing a power armor both the HUD and Pip-Boy will use that color. This feature can be disabled.
PLUGIN CHECKER: Adds an icon at the bottom left of the Main/Pause menu, moving your cursor on it will show a list of plugins you have installed and their version. Some plugins versions may look weird or be innacurate, the versions are retrieved using the GetPluginVersion function so if it looks wrong the author of the plugin may have forgotten to change the version or did it on purpose. This feature can be disabled.
FONT CHANGES: Changes the font of some elements of the following menus: Main/Pause menus: Changes the buttons as you can see in the screenshots. Level Up/Trait menu: Changes the title. These features can be disabled.
THE HUD EDTIOR: If The HUD Editor is installed, options to change the mod's expand button's width and position will be added.
MAIN MENU:This section is not visible from the Pause menu. LOGO: Allows you to customize the main title logo. Choose a different logo, make it match the HUD color, change the scale/position.
PAUSE MENU: This section is not visible from the Main menu. LOGO: Adds a configurable logo to the Pause menu. Configurable like the Main menu logo. This feature can be disabled.
BACKGROUND: Allows you to configure the Pause menu background. You can remove the textures, change the blur's intensity and the RGB tint.
USER TIME: Adds a clock showing you the real time. 24H or 12H formats are available, you can show the seconds, change the scale and position. This feature can be disabled.
PLAYER INFO - XP METER: Adds a XP gauge showing you character's name, level and current XP. You can change the scale and position. This feature can be disabled.
PLAYER INFO - CAPS COUNT: Shows the amount of caps you got on you. You can change the scale and position. This feature can be disabled.
PLAYER INFO - INVENTORY WEIGHT: Shows how much you can carry and how much you are currently carrying. You can change the scale and position. This feature can be disabled.
PLAYER INFO - LOCATION: Shows your current location. You can change the scale and position. This feature can be disabled.
PLAYER INFO - DEATH COUNTER: Shows a counter showing how many time your character died. You can change the scale, position and reset the counter. This feature can be disabled, the counter use your character's name so different characters with the same name will share the same counter.
PLAYER INFO - B42 NOTIFY: Add options if you have B42 Notify installed.
QUEST LOG: Adds a quest log to the Pause menu. To track quests open the Quest Log menu (see CONTROLS). You can change objectives text color, the scale and position. This feature can be disabled.
HUD MENU:This section is not visible from the Main menu. QUEST LOG: Adds a quest log to the HUD. To track quests open the Quest Log menu (see CONTROLS). This feature can be disabled.

JIP MINIMAP: - The mod brings new textures for the JIP MiniMap mod and makes it match the HUD color.

NEW AND CUSTOM LOGOS: - For the Main and Pause menus it's possible to use logos from other mods or that you have made. To do that simply place them in the same folder as the existing ones: textures\MAPMO\Logos. The logos included in the mod are named a certain way because they are sorted in alphabetical order in the config menu, I recommend naming your file in a way that they end up last in the list.
