In FPGE, a House ending adds various decorations and static objects around Vegas and its surrounding areas that show the city being reconstructed.
This mod simply adds an option for an Independent Vegas to reconstruct Vegas as well.
A new Planning Terminal is installed in the Lucky 38 Penthouse, situated across from Yesman and the mainframe. This terminal is enabled after the battle for Hoover Dam.
Before you can enact the reconstruction plans you must:
Upgraded the Securitrons
Told Yesman to deploy Securitrons around Vegas and end the rioting
Have 30,000 Caps
Using this terminal, you can also sign a peace treaty with the NCR. It requires:
Told Yesman to end the rioting
Upgraded the Securitrons
Have 5,000 Caps (to grease some palms in shady sands)
Have +75 Speech
Once you sign the treaty, the NCR will no longer be hostile to you and the NCR Embassy will reopen (if it was destroyed by the Omertas it will be rebuilt and the rubble removed)
Should be compatible with just about anything as it just enables/disables things already present in FPGE.
