Adds the Mana Pendant from the manhwa I am the Sorcerer King with abilities similar to the source material. ESP flagged ESL.

Uses the vanilla Ancient Nord Amulet model cuz i can't model for shit. If anyone knows how to 3d model and is interested in providing a more source-accurate model, let me know.
Implemented functions:
Magical Ward: When in combat and if the Pendant is equipped it auto-casts a ward similar to what you'd get from the shield Spell-Breaker. I tried to make having 50+ Restoration a requirement but not sure if it stuck.
How to obtain
You can craft it at a forge using : 2 Filled Grand Soul Gems and 1 Iron Ingot.
You can also use a mod like QUI or AddItemMenu to get it.
Future Plans
I intend to eventually add all the items Lee Sung-Hoon/Kuratauras uses in the manhwa. As i learn more about creation kit i might add a quest related to the manhwa too.
