Some tweaks for Vokriinator Black, the most cursed perk mod in existence. I made this for a friend and decided to share it.
What does it do though???
Removes Directional requirement from every power attack perks and makes some minor balancing changes below lists all of the perk changes:

Rise Kinsman
Was: Forwards power attacks with a mace inspire nearby allies, granting them 20% extra attack damage for 15 seconds. This effect stacks.

Wolfstooth
Was: Sideways power attacks with a war axe grant 15% extra attack damage for 30 seconds. This effect stacks.

Death Adder
Was: Standing power attacks with a dagger ignore armor.

Was: Standing power attacks with a war axe remove all active instances of Wolfstooth on the user, dealing 50% bonus damage and a critical strike for 250% bonus critical damage for each instance consumed.

Don't tell me to clean the plugin, I was gonna do attack speed perks as well but my friend told me to not bother. If the non-conflicting overwrites bother you, run the plugin through QAC yourself, idk. I tested this for about 5 minutes before a demon spawn came through my computer screen and tried to take me away.
