Quieter Crossbows lowers shooting, reloading, and bolt impact sounds by 8 decibels (recommended if you use automatic crossbows). Quieter Crossbows Lite lowers these sounds by 5 decibels.
Crossbow bashing, equipping, and unequipping sounds have not been changed.
