I downloaded the Creation Kit for the first time in two years and made this just to reacquaint myself with everything before working on a bigger project.
A very small cabin in the Rift. The key is in the barrel on the porch. I didn't touch the exterior worldspace any more than absolutely necessary, so should be compatible with everything (unless another mod puts something in that one particular spot). If you have a tree mod that adds a bunch of trees or makes them huge you might have a little bit of clipping - just console disable the offending tree if needed.
