This patch "prebuilds" all of Skyfall Estate, including the interiors of all rooms. This is designed for people who just want to move in and get on with their life, and don't want to grind for goat horns and craft a million nails.

This is essentially a port of the idea of pre-building Blackthorn Manor and The Scarlett. Again, the inspiration for this patch as well as my Blackthorn Manor Prebuilt Patch is from ffabris and Vachnic's Blackthorn Male Patch.
This is a simple patch that will auto-enable every constructible item, this patch will also remove all of the workbenches, if you'd like to reenable the workbenches, you'll find the button where it always is.
