A (hopefully) universal and lore-friendly solution to conflicts between Skyrim Sewers and mods like Capital Whiterun Expansion and Whiterun Horse Statue.

Skyrim Sewers adds a sewer grate just inside the entrance to Whiterun, which can cause problems with mods like Capital Whiterun Expansion or Whiterun Horse Statue that add objects to the same area. Unlike other patches that either disable or move the sewer grate (which can sometimes feel awkward in my opinion) this adds an alternate entrance beneath the entrance's bridge, taking advantage of an existing vanilla Shadowmark of safe passage.
Comes in two options: Normal and a version for JK's Skyrim. JK's Skyrim adds a fishing net underneath the bridge that ever-so-slightly clips through the wall. Normally not a problem as few people look down here, but since it becomes obvious with the new entrance I just tossed in a fix.
