100 Percent Completed and New Game Plus save files

darkseol had a great file for the 100 Percent Assets and Collectibles Collected (for the main game), but he forgot the safehouse upgrades. I went back and got all 16 of the safehouse upgrades and saved the file again before I used a well-known glitch to reset the game back to just before the story mission Stick Up & Delivery.

North Point Apartment Restored

This mods aims to make the North Point Apartment a little better. Altough we get better apartments as we progress the story, this one is always a convinient "pit stop", so I always thought Wei wouldn't mind spending a little money making it at least decent.Install using resorep and you should be good to go.
