Iron Oath Item tweaks (durability and item restrictions)

This item has two parts that can be applied individually.1) Update durability on all items to be 999992) Remove weapon/offhand restrictions on items (any class can use any weapon/offhand item)- Restriction removing doesn't make too much sense but it's fun to mess around with
