Better Ammo Dispensaries

I have made this mod for the people who are as frustrated as me with the Vanilla Ammunition Supply capabilities of the Vehicles that have the job of doing so, and that I have noticed that a few Mod Authors have made mods like these and have been leaving and or forgetting them after.

Jump (Gates of Hell Ostfront)

Allows infantry to jump over fences and windows.
